A licensed Real Estate Broker whose background originated in the Accounting Profession, Richard currently serves as president of several real estate firms in Orange County including Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties, a full service residential real estate sales and leasing firm; R.E. Settlement Corp, a commercial real estate sales and leasing firm; and Southern California Funding Inc., a retail mortgage lending
organization.
